The price/ft2 is approx. 29% to 31% lower than other Semi-D developments in Puchong but when you compare with Semi-D developments in Kajang, the price/ft2 is approx. 14% to 32%

Is it worth to pay extra?? You should go visit these developments to see the difference and find out the reasons.
